2. Visiting this website (server log files)
When you access this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system as well as the previously visited page.
This processing is necessary in order to deliver the website, ensure its stability and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). This data is not combined with other data sources.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 35, 4020 Linz, Austria. World4You processes the access data described under point 2 on our behalf, on servers within the European Union. No transfer to third countries takes place.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or by phone, we process the information you provide solely in order to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required, observing statutory retention periods.
5. Booking an appointment
For arranging introductory calls we use Microsoft Bookings as part of our Microsoft 365 tenant. The booking link leads to a Microsoft page, which is only loaded once you actively click it. No data is collected on this website itself in the process.
When you book an appointment, we process the details you enter — in particular name, email address and the requested time — in order to hold the meeting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The processor is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.; a data processing agreement is in place and any transfer to third countries is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
If the meeting takes place as a Microsoft Teams call, the connection data technically required for this is processed in addition.
6. Requesting the Annex 11 self-check
On the Annex 11 self-check page you can request the questionnaire through a form. The details you enter are processed: name, email address and company.
We use these details to send you the self-check and to be able to answer follow-up questions about it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
The form is transmitted via our hosting provider (see point 3). The details are not stored on the web server but delivered directly by email to our Microsoft 365 mailbox (see point 5).
In addition, we store your details in our customer management system in order to document the contact and possibly approach you again at a later point. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in maintaining business contacts and approaching potential clients. You may object to this processing at any time without any formality, for example by email to info@gradientsolutions.io. We will then delete your data without delay.
As our customer management system we use Close, operated by Elastic Inc., 111 Congress Avenue, Suite 500, Austin, Texas 78701, USA. A data processing agreement is in place. Processing takes place in the United States; the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required, observing statutory retention periods.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. Please use the contact details given above.
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
